Gene Huey is in his 14th season as running backs coach with
the Colts, one of the longest tenures of an assistant coach in franchise
history. Under Huey’s guidance, RBs-Marshall Faulk (1994, 1995, 1998)
and Edgerrin James (1999, 2000, 2004) have earned a combined six Pro
Bowl berths. James won NFL rushing titles in 1999 and 2000, becoming
only the 11th NFL back to win consecutive crowns.
